Members may share designs, files, text, images, and other content within the Community.

By posting content, you represent that:

You own the content or have the right to share it

The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

You retain ownership of your content.

However, by posting in the Community you grant Makers & Collective a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and share the content within the Community for the purpose of operating the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and materials belonging to Makers & Collective remain the intellectual property of the Community and its owners.

Members may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without permission.

7. No Professional Advice

Content shared in the Community is for informational and educational purposes only.

Members understand that advice related to design, engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing may not be professional advice and should be used at their own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Makers & Collective and its owners shall not be liable for:

Any damages resulting from the use of the Community

Errors or inaccuracies in shared information

Loss of data, files, or content

Any physical or financial harm resulting from projects built using shared information

Use of the Community is at your own risk.

9. Membership Fees (If Applicable)

If paid memberships are offered:

Fees are charged according to the selected plan

Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time if users violate these Terms or act in ways that harm the Community.
